  • The Gas Price Discussion  (posted Tue, 08 Jul 2008 15:21:01 GMT)

Recently on 11Alive.com, we made available a gas price calculator.  Click here to try it out.  Put in your MPG, the per-gallon cost of your last fill-up, and the distance you plan to go, and hit Calculate Gas Cost.

It's pretty interesting, the things you learn about where you go.

I recently wrote a blog entry about this -- these days, I'm calculating trips not in distance or time, but in how much it costs me.  It's $15 to go to and from work each day, for example.  When I wrote the blog entry (May 30), it was only $11 to make the trip.

Every mile is money.  Find out how much you're spending.  Then come back to this forum and share your stories about how gas prices have changed your life and how you're changing along with them.
